GENERAL INQUIRIES

SHIPPING

All orders received through our website are shipped with United States Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate by default. Domestic shipping charges within the US are $9.85 and come with delivery confirmation. International shipping charges are $24.65 to Canada and Mexico and $39.85 to all other countries. This service does not feature tracking or confirmation.

For orders over $500 we will automatically upgrade our shipping service to express mail with online tracking.

Should you desire to use an alternate carrier/service or have special shipping instructions please place your order by phone. We are open Monday through Saturday from 12pm-8pm, and on Sunday from 12pm-6pm HST.

RETURN POLICY

  • We will accept returns and exchanges for regular priced items with no discount within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returns or exchanges MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt.
  • We carefully examine all products before shipping but if your items is damaged upon arrival please contact us at returns@mixmixllc.com within 5 days of receipt.
  • Special order items are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges can be made based on product and size availabilities.
  • All return or exchange items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and unworn with no smell/order.
  • All original tags and labels should still be attached for return or exchange. We will not be able to offer a refund if the tag or label has been removed or destroyed.
  • All damaged goods for returns or exchange are subject to our verification and examination. We reserved the right to determine if the damaged item is returnable.
  • Return and exchange policies are subject to change without further notice.

HOW TO PROCEED WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM

  • First, contact us by email at returns@mixmixllc.com or telephone at (808)921-2740 to inform us of the details regarding your return or exchange.

  • Additional shipping charges incurred while processing returns or exchanges shall be covered by the customer with exception for damaged or inocrrect items.
  • For the customer’s safety we require using a carrier which offers tracking and/or confirmation for all returns, such as USPS priority mail (within the US), EMS, UPS, Fed-Ex, or DHL.
  • You will be notified as soon as your return is processed.

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our newsletter as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
